1.  Briefly warm ice pop in hand or run under water for about 2 seconds.

2. Insert ice pop into mouth of Pop Pal Ice Pop Holder until wrapper comes through  bottom slot just a bit.

3. Cut top off ice pop.

4. To eat ice pop, squeeze belly of Pop Pal Ice Pop Holder, eat, then gently pull wrapper down.

5. When you want more just repeat: squeeze, eat, and gently pull wrapper down.
